Well...after all these years of buying stuff from Best Buy, Best Buy has now earned a big fat GOOSE EGG for service. What surprises me is that over the years Best Buy has been riddled with online reviews for their horrible customer service and the way they treat their customers. But remember what they say, one bad apple will spoil the barrel.
It appears that Samsung is in the same bed as Best Buy with their lousy customer service. We are now in our 3rd week trying to get a replacement TV covered under Samsung's warranty and we keep getting a run around. We have resorted to contacting the North American CEO Tim Baxter at tim.baxterCEO@sea.samsung.com in an attempt to get this resolved.
Eventually Best Buy ended up doing the right thing but only after SamSung issued a returned authorization. It still took talking to 4-5 different people at SamSung, another 3-4 people at Best Buy, and uncalled called for argument in install from the Manager of the Best Buy in Daytona Beach on International Speedway Blvd.
